Eligibility Criteria for Post-Secondary Education (after Class 12) in the United Kingdom:

The fundamental criteria are determined by the study programmes and levels. The following are the bare minimums:
1. The student must be at least 18 years old.
2. For Science and Commerce, 12th-grade marks of 70 to 80 percent or higher are required.
3. A minimum of 65 percent in Humanities on the 12th grade.

5. English language proficiency is required (details provided below).

Eligibility Criteria for stuyding Master's in the United Kingdom:

The fundamental criteria are determined by the study programmes and levels. The following are the bare minimums:
1. 60 – 75 percent in Bachelor's Work Experience (mainly required for management programs).
2. Proposal for Research (for postgraduate research programs)
3. The interview (depends upon program)

4. GMAT or GRE score (varies with the program).

IELTS Score for UK:Â Passing IELTS Score for UK Student Visa, Courses, and Universities
The IELTS score for the UK is determined by a variety of factors such as university type and degree level. Most universities accept IELTS scores between 6.0 and 6.5. Let us now examine the IELTS minimum score for the UK in relation to the various courses available in the UK.
1. Bachelor's Degree
The IELTS passing score for a bachelor's degree in the United Kingdom is usually 5.0 to 6.0.
However, if you want to apply to top UK universities such as Oxbridge (Oxford & Cambridge), Imperial, and others, your IELTS score must be 7.0.
2. Master's Degree
The IELTS passing score for a bachelor's degree in the United Kingdom is usually 6.0 to 7.0
However, if you want to apply to top UK universities such as Oxbridge (Oxford & Cambridge), Imperial, and others, your IELTS score must be 7.0.
What is the minimum IELTS score required for a student visa to the United Kingdom?
Tier 4 (General) is the required CEFR level for the UK student visa.
A minimum IELTS score of 4.03 or higher is required for a UK study visa (for all the skills). Nonetheless, this is the minimum band requirement for a UK study visa; you should not even think about it.
Above all, your IELTS score will be valid for 24 months. In response to the pandemic, the British Council modified the IELTS UK band requirement. As a result, please check the minimum IELTS score for a UK student visa before choosing your universities and study programmes.
Can Students Study in the UK Without IELTS?
You can still study in the UK if you do not consider the minimum IELTS band for a UK student visa.

1. You scored 70% or higher in English in grades 10th, 11th, and 12.
2. Evidence that you attended an English-medium school.
3. Having a bachelor's degree in English (depends on the university).
4. Before beginning your study programme, you may be required to take a Pre-sessional English course at your university.
