The Ivy League
The Ivy League comprises of eight private universities namely: Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, the University of Pennsylvania, Princeton University, and Yale University.
Got acceptance from UChicago. The school main campus is located in Hyde Park and its famous Booth Business School is located in Downtown Chicago. One of the most prestigious universities in the world, one can get into it with a proper approach. A strong application can get you in.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Most of our student clients choose MIT for studying Engineering courses. MIT admissions is most selective with an acceptance rate of 7%, some universities such as UChicago has even lower acceptance rate. So, a well balance application can help you study at MIT.

Northwestern University
Northwestern University is second favorite from our student clients for studying engineering, medicine & business. It's famous Kellogg School of Management offers top business courses, particualrly MBA's. NWU is located 30 minutes from the city of Chicago.

Duke University
Duke University is a private institution that is located in Durham, North Carolina. Duke is a highly competitive university, students need a good score, well written essay, a strong profile, and a well balanced application to get admission.

John Hopkins University
Another top ranked university, most of our top student clients goes to study STEM majors particularly Biology at JHU. Its acceptance rate is 13%, higher than other top schools. So, a well written application can help you study at JHU.

New York University
If you love New York City then NYU is the place to study. Higher acceptance rate (28%), good national rankings and some of the best programs in the world. One can get into NYU with a strong profile and well written application.

UIC
A name that will lead the future. It is ranked 7th just behind Harvard on the "Best Value College" list by the Wall Street Journal. Almost all of our student's clients were able to get a spot. In my opinion, every penny spent at UIC is worth it.

FAQ's
When does the academic season in the US begin?
Typically, the academic year spans from August through May. The semester system (two terms) is used by most universities, however some use the trimester system (three terms). So, students can get admitted into Fall (August start), Spring (January start), or Summer (May-June start).
Not all university accepts summer or spring. All have Fall start.
Is it possible to apply for Masters with a three-year Bachelors?
This is a tricky matter for universities in the United States. Most top institutions need a four-year undergraduate programme, however some (even outstanding) universities may accept three-year programmes.

What are the Visa types in the US?
There are three different types of student visas for the United States:
1. F1 Student Visa
F1 visas are required for students enrolling in programmes that require more than 18 hours of study per week. This applies to all undergraduate programmes as well as graduate programmes such as MS, MBA, and other similar degrees.
F-2 visas are issued to spouses or children accompanying F-1 visa holders. Note that spouses are not permitted to work, but they may accompany and/or seek for their own visa to work or study in the United States.
2. J1 Visa for Exchange Visitors
Students, visiting scholars, and lecturers undertaking an exchange programme are eligible for the J-1 Exchange Visitor Visa. Fulbright scholars and students on short-term study abroad programmes from Indian universities, for example, will visit in J1 visa.
3. M-1 Non-Academic/Vocational Student Visa
The M1 visa is a sort of student visa that is only available to students attending vocational and technical schools. While the process is similar to that of an F1 visa, the M1 visas are time stamped upon entry, and students cannot overstay their stay.
How to get a US Student Visa?
A visa application involves multiple steps.
1. These consist of Fill out the DS-160 Visa Application Form online.
2. You must pay the non-refundable visa application fee after finishing the online visa application. It is necessary for you to pay for it prior to your interview. It can also be paid through a bank transaction or online.
3. Bring the confirmation page from your application form to your interview.
4. Make an appointment for biometrics and an interview.
5. You must arrive in person for the Biometric appointment to have your photos taken for the visa and your fingerprints scanned.
6. The interviewer will ask you questions about your choice, college, finances, and plans to return during the personal interview. They will retain your passport with them to have the visa stamped if they are convinced.
7. Student visas for F-1 students can be awarded up to 120 days before the commencement of your programme. You will not be permitted to enter the United States on F-1 status before 30 days before your start date.
